HOW CAN WE HELP?

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?

Each bundles weighs 4 oz. Take into consideration that because each bundle weighs the same amount, the longer the hair is the shorter the weft will be.

Bundles recommended to establish a full head:

12"-16" 2 bundles 

18"-22" 3 Bundles

24"-28" 4 Bundles

30"-40" 5+ Bundles

*Bundle estimates are based on installations with a normal leave out.

CAN I COLOR THE HAIR?

Our hair is 100% virgin human hair that has NOT been processed. You may color the hair, however once virgin hair is colored/processed it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color hair moisturized and conditioned.

HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?

It all depends on personal preference. The better you take care of it the longer you are allowed to reinstall. Clients usually use the hair from anywhere between 6 to 12 months.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESS & SHIPPING TAKE?

Our orders currently require 3-7 business days. This includes time needed to prepare and process the order and to be shipped. Check back frequently because the processing times vary depending on the time of year.

 

All standard orders are shipped using USPS; free shipping is available via USPS ground shipping for orders over $300. Tracking numbers are sent via text or emailed.

Your order will be shipped to the address on your order. It's important that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Please note: we are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays or weather.

If fraudulent activity is suspected a copy of the buyer's photo ID will be requested. This may slow down items being shipped depending on when the information is submitted and processed.

All sales are final. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed).

MAINTENCE

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TEXTURES: 

  1. Shampoo before install

  2. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water

  3. Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb starting from the ends of the hair working your way up towards the weft.

  4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water

  5. Air dry hair

  • Use styling products minimally to avoid build up

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR WAVY & CURLY TEXTURES:

  1. Dampen hair with a water bottle

  2. Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp

  3. Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls

  4. Let air dry

  5. Style as desired

  • For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look

  • For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water

    • AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
